Discover Island Shores

Island Shores is a private summer day camp for children ages 4–14 located on the beautiful waterfront campus of the Knox School in St. James, New York. Your children’s safety, happiness and growth is at the heart of everything we do.

One of the most unique things about Island Shores is the variety of activities. No two weeks are the same. We take full advantage of our waterfront surroundings, private 40 acres of lush green hills and air conditioned spaces. We host special events ranging from petting zoos, magicians and cooking labs to beach volleyball, kayaking for treasures and home run derbies…and that’s just the start.

We offer 1–8 week programs, with tremendous flexibility to accommodate your summer schedule. Bus transportation is available across Suffolk County and Nassau County!
